Third-Party IP Delivery Checker

Check third-party IP delivery views and responsibilities. Optionally match local files against a trusted manifest using SHA256, size and relative path.

What to provide

An IP-specific JSON manifest. Optional file entries declare relative path, delivery view, SHA256 and size; files stay local and are not pasted into the form.

What you get

Type-specific checklist issues, ownership fields and missing, extra or mismatched delivery files. Browser selection supports flat file sets; the offline CLI supports folders.

Local processing. These checks do not send input files, pasted content or reports to a TOMPW server, AI model or cloud parser. Input is held in page memory only. The website still has its usual page analytics. For fully offline or highly sensitive work, use the local source package.

Choose the actual IP type in the manifest. Default views are a conservative starting checklist, not universal vendor requirements. Only put document references here; do not paste licensed IP, PDK files or private contract text.

Verify actual IP delivery files

Add a files array to the manifest: path, view, sha256, and optional sizeBytes/version. Select flat files here; folder trees use the offline CLI. Limits: 1,000 files, 20 MB each, 100 MB total. Only local byte counts and SHA-256 are compared, not IP semantics or license authority. Reports include filenames and hashes and may be confidential.

0 files selected; contents are not uploaded or executed.

No current result. Review inputs, then run the check. Editing an input clears the previous report.

Before using this in a handoff

A hash match is not proof of license validity, vendor authorization, version truth, semantic file correctness or silicon results.

All built-in examples are synthetic, not product data, customer evidence or supplier commitments. Retain the input revision and review the downloaded report with the responsible provider.
