- Project description — required, the technical detail we need to respond usefully.

The information is used only to read, scope and reply to your inquiry, and to follow up while the discussion is active.
Delivered by email
Submissions are sent by email through Resend (resend.com) to the TOMPW Service team. Replies go to the address you provide, and your message is not used for marketing or shared with third parties.
Retention
How long it stays
We keep the content of an inquiry only as long as needed to handle it and any follow-up discussion. If you would like your inquiry data removed, email us at market@tompwservice.com and we will delete it from our records.
