The Company has built a 12-inch wafer fabrication facility (HH Fab7) in Wuxi National High-Tech District with a current monthly capacity of 75,000 wafers, which is a global leading 12-inch production line devoted to specialty processes and is also the world’s first 12-inch power semiconductor foundry. The Hua Hong Wuxi Phase-II project for the new 12-inch IC production line (HH Fab9) is now under construction.
